Taj Mahal is recognised as a pioneer of Indian food in Melbourne. Head chef Mr Jaswinder Singh with more than 25 years of experience in Indian food industry has always been know for his exceptionally high level of food and service.

Our dishes are prepared using the finest ingredients available to us. On our menu, you will find dishes prepared using traditional recipes from various regions of India and some contemporary dishes that have been re-invented taking advantage of good local produce and modern cooking styles.
